The Rufus Harley Foundation, Inc was established June 2015 to preserve Harley's music for educational purposes and for the next generation of musicians around the world. We formed this organization based on equity , diversity and inclusion through indigenous artist who seek to create a sustainable, economical and peaceful united society

To continue the work of Rufus Harley Jr. and his philosophy and belief of liberty and freedom to the nation. Delivering it through his music, particularly through the bagpipes and the liberty bell to be extended to effect change in people's narrative into one of unity and dignity.

This fund will assist with rental/mortgage assistance, healthcare, utilities, phone, food, transportation, technology, travel expenses for gigs, instruments/repair, musical archival/preservation.
